Karolis is a commanding Lithuanian goalkeeper known for his reflexes, aerial dominance, and consistency under pressure. At 188 cm, he has gained experience across Lithuania, Iceland, and the United States.
He began his career with Jonava FK (U-8 to U-15) before moving to Iceland to join Víkingur Reykjavík’s academy, where he played U-16 and U-19 for three seasons. He then stepped into men’s football in Iceland’s 5th division, gaining valuable senior experience.
In 2023, Karolis moved to the U.S. to compete with St. Charles Community College (NJCAA), where he helped secure multiple titles. During summer breaks, he returned to Iceland, playing in the 4th division and contributing to the club’s best-ever league finish. This winter, he will compete in the Icelandic futsal league, aiming for qualification to the Futsal Champions League.
