That’s exactly the journey of Tautvydas Poniskaitis, the founder of BaltixSport—and a proud native of Vilkaviškis.
After starting his football career here in Lithuania, Tautvydas earned an athletic scholarship to play and study in the United States. He went on to complete a four-year degree, travel the world, and build a new vision for what’s possible.
Today, he’s returned to those roots with the launch of BaltixSport: a new agency dedicated to helping Baltic footballers do the same.

“I was born in Vilkaviškis, and I still come back regularly to visit my family,” says Tautvydas. “Now, I want to help other young athletes from our region dream bigger.”
